Sunne was AWESOME. She contacted me on her personal phone regarding my order and, after I told her of my timeline, she let me know the flowers wouldn’t come in time for our flight to an out-of-state graduation. She suggested sending them straight to the hotel and that worked out wonderfully. There were a handful of blooms that weren’t usable but not many. I strung them into a lei the evening before graduation, kept it in the room fridge and it was perfect the next day. I was worried about traveling with blooms or a lei and this was the perfect solution.
8 years ago, I purchased orchids for my Wedding Signature drink, and decided to place an order for the Ball I just planned. The signature drink was yet a hit again and everyone enjoyed it! Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

Flowers arrived on time fresh and beautiful! They were perfect amongst the white roses and sunflowers for our very special Sea Burial held in Hollywood Florida. There were a few blossoms left and I took them back to NC, put them in water and they are still so beautiful!
I ordered the orchids for an event I was helping with and within two hours the orchids were packaged and being shipped with a tracking number!
Great company to work with and the flowers were beautiful! Everything was very nice. There were about 20 blooms out of the 4 boxes of 200 that were crushed but most were nice and usable.

Delivery was speedy and the flowers were beautiful. I followed the care instructions and they held up great! I’ll have to remember to order closer to my event date next time because they were at my door within 2 days of ordering :)
The company shipped my order but shorted me a set of flowers. They insisted that instead of human error, that they were 1000% sure that I received 500 flowers with reasons that the inspection removed the 100 flowers or that the color was not available and they sent me a different color to substitute. Regardless, even though they finally decided to refund me based on their final word that I didn’t get the color I purchased, they refuse to admit that they made an error on their end and I’m still short 100 flowers. Due to this customer service experience, I will never order from this company again.
I needed 500 orchid blooms free paddle out that was happening. The next day I had about 15 minutes to decide before overnight shipping was available. She was so helpful and everything showed up by 8 o’clock the next morning I could not have been happier the blooms were beautiful will definitely be using it again in the future
